For young families and established professionals, Sycamore Park is a smart move today—and tomorrow.

Whether you're based at Davis-Monthan or work at IBM or Raytheon, Sycamore Park is ideally situated for short-range commutes by carpool or by couple.

While saving time, you also have flexibility for a lunch hour haircut, a car oil change, or a quick trip to the dry cleaners—and still have plenty of time for a salad or sandwich. And if the morning school bus is late, you won't be because you live a short distance from work.

While downtown Tucson is nearby, the centerpiece of much of the area's economic and business development is even closer. The University of Arizona Science and Technology Park at Vail Road and I-10 is home to 30 high tech companies with over 6,000 employees. Plans call for the development of 1.9 million square feet, including office buildings, retail and hotel space over the next several years.

Another research park planned nearby is the 65-acre Arizona Bioscience Park, anchored by the Critical Path Institute and biotechnology ventures. The project, which is located at South Kino Parkway and East 36th Street in South Tucson, also will include a hotel and several retail stores.
